Activation Condition: When the user’s Attack is raised.
Deactivation Condition: Cannot be deactivated.

Removes the frozen condition from the user. Never misses. The more the user’s sync buff is raised, the greater the power of this attack. (The maximum increase is 10 ranks.) Lowers the target’s Attack and Defense by two stat ranks. Leaves the target burned.
